This policy explains how Corunit Media Corp (“we”) handles information collected on the EMR MD marketing website at https://emrmd.com. It does not cover patient health information stored inside the EMR MD application, which is governed by your practice's agreement with us, including any Business Associate Agreement.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, practice name, role, practice size, specialty, the plan you are interested in, your current tools and any message you add.
• Campaign details. If you arrive from an ad or link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), we store those tags with your request so we know which campaigns are useful.
• Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Please do not send patient information through this website's forms.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule a demo and set up a trial workspace
• To send you information about EMR MD that you asked for
• To understand which pages and campaigns help practices find us

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, such as hosting and email providers, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

We do not send marketing text messages from this website. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, then delete or anonymize them.
